Atlanta Zoo and The World of Coca-Cola

Since my daughter is in her intensive dance camp all day, Sunday is the only full day we could do something together.  So we packed in not one, but two sights in Atlanta, GA - the Atlanta Zoo and the World of Coca-Cola.

The Atlanta Zoo was very nice and had a great selection of animals, including pandas, red pandas, tigers, gorillas, exotic birds, and more.  Here are a few highlights.

The World of Coca-Cola seems like a weird place to go, right?  Well it was actually fun.  My daughter and I sampled ALL 61 flavors of soda they make around the entire world.  It, of course, led to a lot of unladylike belching.  Some of the flavors I NEVER want to experience again, and some of them were very good.  There is cool Coca-Cola art everywhere, you can see how soda is bottled, and of course they revealed the secret ingredient to coke's flavor.  Actually they just revealed the vault it is kept in, but we were so closed to finding out.  :-)

Here are a few highlights.

  1. Looks like you had a fun day exploring. Pandas look so cute and that Coke experience sounds really fun.
